Skip the heavy makeup

The skin can't breathe when wearing too much makeup. The skin's capacity to breathe is also impacted by heat and humidity. If you must wear makeup, you can think about using tinted lip balm and tinted moisturizer in place of heavy foundation and other cosmetics.
